In exactly 3 weeks I will have a Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education and Environmental Science with a Massachusetts Teaching License for Middle School General Science.
I can't believe the past 4 years is down to these next 2 week basically.
I have one more week of classes.
Then a week of finals.
Then "Senior Week" which I am not attending so I can move out of my house and into my apartment.
Then May 18th I graduate.
And May 20th I start my full-time job in the Financial Aid Office at Lesley.
At least I will still be at the school but it will be completely different. I will be working all the time and not taking classes. The past four years have been going to classes and internships. Now it's done. I mean, I will eventually start taking graduate classes, but that will be for a Master's degree and it's kind of different. My career/life of being an undergraduate student is coming to an end. I am very excited but at the same time, I am very sad.

So a few entries ago I stated that I hated bathing suit season. My main reason for that statement was because of the fact that I hate all of the bathing suits that I have. They either don't fit or they don't cover the areas which I would like to have covered.
So, today I just ordered a bathing suit top from Torrid. It's wicked cute and I had a $10 coupon and some money left over on the gift card I got for Xmas from Scott's parents so the top only ended up being about $40. Now all I need at some point is bottoms to go with it. For that, I think that I just might buy some regular black shorts or wait until the end of the summer to get the bottoms on clearance.

I feel really weird because I am really excited to get my glasses. But when I get my glasses I can also stop complaining about the headaches. The headaches that I've been getting are so bad and I just want them to go away. Even looking at the computer screen right now is making my head hurt. I'm sure most people are like "well if it hurts using the computer, don't use it." I wish that I could but I've got papers and homework to do and at work, I mostly use the computer. So I just have 2 more weeks of really bad headaches and then I will just had to get used to wearing the glasses.

Starting April 5th, I shall be wearing glasses.
I really liked the frames that I picked (my dad actually picked them out!!) and they look really good on so I'm excited. I kind of wish I could get them now but I had to go to an eye doctor back at home because that's where I'm covered for my Health Insurance through my dad. And I would get them next weekend, but I have class.. so now I have to wait until April to get them. I'll probably just be coming home, getting my glasses, and then going back to school cause that is the weekend I am supposed to start painting the apartment.
But back to the main point of my post, I'm getting glasses.

So I am right now out of breath from jumping around my room and screaming because I am so FUCKING ECSTATIC!!!!!
So I am moving into an apartment with 2 of my friends from school, Beth and Sarah. We are moving into a place in Medford next door two of our other friends who are brother and sister. So this is what the apartment consists of:
It's actually a house made into 2 "apartments" with ours being in the front, and the landlords in the back.
2 floors
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms!! (I just found out about this like 10 mins ago)
a new REMODELED kitchen
WASHER and DRYER INCLUDED
HEAT, HOT WATER, ELECTRICITY, and CABLE INCLUDED
a backyard
2 off street parking spots
a deck!!
So with all of that... you're probably thinking that I'm paying at least like $2,000+ for this apartment.... WRONG. It's only for $1,400 a month!!!!! That's like $460 per person!!!! I am so fucking excited.
And right now, the problem is that Sarah won't be living with us for the summer because she already promised to live with her Grandparents. So Beth and I figured that we would have to sublet the room for the summer so we can pay full rent.
But Conor has been helping us with stuff and was talking to the landlord, Charlie, today and he said that instead of finding another person, we can just help him with the remodeling and painting of the apartment to "work off" the money that will be missing during the summer!!!! I was planning on helping with it anyway because Charlie is a man in his 60's and it's always nice to get as much help when you can. So now, I am DEFINITELY gonna help whenever I have time too.
I am SOOOO excited. I kinda just want to move now, but I've got 2 months left of school. 2MONTHS AND I WILL BE A COLLEGE GRADUATE AND MOVED OUT OF BLACKSTONE!!!!! I'm really getting out of there for good. Yes, I'll miss my friends, but I can't believe that it is actually happening. I've been dreaming about this since I was like 10... and now I'm 22 and it's finally happening and I can't wait.
